What's Next? Mark Your Calendars!! The 12th Annual Sammy Fund Weekend October 8 & 9, 2011 12th Annual Sammy Golf Tournament and Silent Auction Sunday October 9. 2011

Please join us!
The Sammy Fund will hold the 12th Annual Sammy Fund Golf Event and Silent Auction at Westview Golf Course Shotgun start at 10:30 a.m.
Four person scramble: Multiple Flights Mixed Division	Prizes for: Hole in One Closest to the Pin Most accurate drive Longest putt and more!
Entry fee is $125 per person. Click Here for Registration This includes:

Beverages and food all day on the course Prizes announced at 6:30 at Westview Clubhouse
Wear a team uniform and win a prize!
		36 teams will compete in several categories for loads of awards, hole-in-one prizes, and much more! Golf will begin with a shotgun start at 10:30 a.m. at Westview Golf Course (2150 South 36^th St., Quincy, Illinois).
A silent auction of fabulous vacation packages will be held at the Westview Golf Clubhouse. Bidding begins at 9:00AM and Ends at 6:30PM
How can you help us reach out to even more children this year? Come support the silent auction/raffle, with chances to bid fabulous vacation packages Play or sponsor a golf team ($125 per golfer fee covers tournament, cart rental, food and drink all day on the course, and loads of prizes) Golf tournament hole sponsorships are available for $200 (Includes program recognition and hole sign) Cash donations are always welcome.
